CULTURELLE® is the only probiotic supplement that exclusively contains Lactobacillus GG (LGG). The lactobacillus bacteria in CULTURELLE® is cultured on milk proteins. The bacterial cells are washed and freeze-dried to remove nearly all of the milk protein and casein. However, trace levels—less than 15 parts per million—may remain in each capsule. CULTURELLE® is lactose free, but if you are allergic to milk proteins or casein, or are unsure, check with your doctor before taking CULTURELLE®.

CULTURELLE® is packaged under strict manufacturing conditions. At the time of manufacture, each CULTURELLE® capsule is formulated with a minimum of 30 billion live cells. At least 10 billion live cells are guaranteed at time of use, the amount most often recommended in clinical research.

Light, air, heat, and moisture can negatively affect probiotic bacteria. Each CULTURELLE® capsule is individually double-foil protected and specially manufactured to assure stability and maximum potency. The blister packaging provides additional security, and is tamper-evident.

CULTURELLE® does not contain artificial flavors, dyes, colors, preservatives, yeast, corn, wheat, gluten or lactose.

To maintain potency, store tightly closed and refrigerated. Short term heat exposure is acceptable.
