This exceptionally well-tolerated form of iron is produced through a special process that completely bonds iron to the amino acid glycine forming iron bis-glycinate, a well absorbed form of this essential mineral. Supplies 30 mg elemental iron as iron amino acid chelate.
Recommended Use:
1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health care practitioner.
