    Melatonin's role in maintaining normal sleep/wake cycles is well known. Supplemental melatonin is often needed to replace the body's declining production of this hormone that may occur with increasing age. Melatonin-SR contains pure melatonin in a pharmaceutical sustained-release vegetarian capsule formulation that releases slowly over several hours to help maintain blood levels for a longer period of time.

    Recommended Use:

    1 capsule one hour before bedtime or as directed by your health care practitioner.
